Terms of Service & License

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any template or source code package from Agentic Packs ("agenticpacks.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Commercial License Grant

Upon successful payment via our authorized Merchant of Record (Creem.io), Agentic Packs grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to:

• Build, deploy, and monetize unlimited commercial SaaS applications.
• Build unlimited client projects, freelance solutions, or internal business software.
• Modify, extend, and combine the source code with any third-party libraries.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT redistribute, sub-license, resell, lease, or publicly publish the raw template source code as a standalone boilerplate, template pack, UI kit, or competing starter kit repository.

4. Delivery & Repository Access

Delivery is fulfilled automatically upon payment confirmation by adding the buyer's GitHub account to the designated private repository. In the event of a missing or mistyped GitHub username, the buyer can use our self-service recovery page at /claim.

5. Payment Processing via Creem.io

All payments and merchant-of-record services are processed by Creem.io. Creem handles billing transactions, invoicing, fraud detection, and applicable local sales taxes / VAT.
